Upon signing up, you will receive a questionnaire through the email you used to sign up with. That questionnaire will allow us to learn about you and create your custom plan!
Be as specific as possible. We want to know what your daily schedule is like, what diets have you tried before, etc.
This helps us get an idea of what your current lifestyle is like so we can work with it instead of against it.
Finally, we want to know your goals! We want to have a clear goal in mind so we can help you reach it.
