How does your program work?
After signing up, you will receive an email with a link to a survey. In that survey, we will ask you questions to get a feel for you and your goals. We will create a macro-based plan using those answers. From there, we will set up a weekly check-in with your coach. Every week you will be required to update us on your progress in order to make sure you never plateau! Week to week we'll make adjustments and educate you along the way. So you can make progress and keep it!
Do you create meal plans?
Our program is based on macros and positive lifestyle choices. This allows for flexibility in your food choices and the ability to enjoy your life! We will guide you on how to make those choices but the foods that you eat are ultimately up to you. This freedom creates a sustainable plan and puts an end to yo-yo dieting!
How often can I contact my coach?
As many times as you'd like! You have access to your coach at all times through email. They will respond within 24 hours to your questions and concerns!
How do I cancel my membership?
We're sorry to see you go. We understand that at some point our clients must go out on there own! In order to cancel email firstname.lastname@example.org and let them know you'd like to cancel. They will help you with your cancellation. Our program has a 30 day cancellation policy as stated in your membership agreement. If you are within 30 days of your next payment due date, you will have one final charge.
Do you offer a military or first responder discount?
Yes we do! We are grateful for those who serve and defend us. As a token of our appreciation we have a first responder special found on our sign up page!
